Toddler Room Childcare Teachers are responsible for overseeing the educational, social, emotional and physical development of our toddlers, ages 12-29 months. At A Joyful Noise, we are looking for highly motivated and inspiring individuals to become a part of our team. We serve children ages 4 weeks to 11 years old at A Joyful Noise Childcare Center.
Teachers are responsible for developing a cohesive teaching team, coordinating the curriculum, and managing the day-to-day operational activities of the classroom. Teachers must understand children's cognitive, social, emotional and physical development in order to ensure a safe and stimulating classroom environment where children are actively engaged and encouraged to succeed. Teachers must be skilled in communicating with both children and adults in order to meet the needs of the children, effectively guide teacher assistants, and resolve parental concerns. Childcare teachers are required to use patience, a compassionate and friendly demeanor, and the ability to think creatively and quickly, while in the classroom. Our center's goal is to provide a nurturing and enriching environment that encourages stimulation, and cognitive development.
This is an excellent chance to join a wonderful, vibrant, and friendly work environment. Recent early childhood graduates and students are highly encouraged to apply.
