Preschool Assistant Teachers

Summary

Seeking Preschool assistant teachers for our upcoming 2023/24 school year for the August to May..

Duties

Working with lead teacher to plan lessons using a variety of curriculum resources. Supervising up to 14 children (with a partner) throughout the day during, free play, mealtimes and gross motor play times. Working with a teaching partner to divide up classroom teaching responsibilities, maintaining CDC, Health Department and DHS standards, conducting student assessments and loving our kids!

Requirements

Requires a minimum of a High School Diploma and must be 21 years of age. Associates degree BS/or BA in early childhood education or a related child development field is preferred. Knowledge of QRIS Rating system for DHS is a plus. Must genuinely like working with children and display an enthusiasm for teaching. .Must be a dedicated employee who will show up for required scheduled days with a professional work ethic.
