Toddler Teacher

Summary

We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic head teacher for our one year old classroom!! Our center has a capacity of 59 children with the toddler room running a 2:8 teacher to child ratio. Our normal hours are 7am- 6pm. Currently, we are operating 7:30 am-5:15 pm.

Duties

Responsibilities include:

Caring for the daily needs of the children.

Providing a nurturing and creative environment.

Communication with Parents/Guardians

Classroom maintenance and organization.

Lesson planning and providing age-appropriate activities.

Ensuring a safe environment for all children.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED, preferred one year of experience working with children

First aid/ CPR (will provide if needed)

9 hour online class (paid)

Nice To Haves

Fundamentals course; or

CDA; or

Early Childhood Education Degree
