Afternoon Preschool Helper

Summary

HEI Schools (Helsinki International Schools) is opening a new preschool for 2.5-6 year old children in Franklin, Tennessee. We are now hiring a childcare provider to be part of our team during the hours of 3-6pm.

This role consists of implementing the HEI Curriculum based on the Finnish national ECE model and latest pedagogical research and developing the preschool's culture using HEI Schools' teaching materials based on Finnish early childhood education. This will also entail playing outside and monitoring when children are snacking.

Duties

This role consists of implementing the HEI Curriculum based on the Finnish national ECE model and latest pedagogical research and developing the preschool's culture using HEI Schools' teaching materials based on Finnish early childhood education. This will also entail playing outside and monitoring when children are snacking or eating breakfast as well as helping potty train children.

Requirements

• We are NOT able to sponsor visas, please only apply if you do not require a work visa.

-COVID-19 vaccines are required (at least 2) and we will need a copy of vaccine card. If you are not currently vaccinated, you will need to obtain the vaccine prior to in-person interview. 

-High School education or GED

-A passion for early childhood care

-Ability to help evacuate children in case of emergency
