We are a small Christian program in the heart of West Nashville right off I40. We offer care for children 6 wks-Pre-K and operate year around. Our hours are 7:15 am to 5:15 pm. Our program is play-based allowing children the freedom to explore and discover. If you're looking for a family feel atmosphere, look no further!

Duties

Duties and hours will vary based on open positions.

• Generally, all early childhood educators and support staff have knowledge of DHS licensing regulations.
• Providing high quality care and education is required for all employees.

Requirements

Requirements will vary based on open positions.

• A strong work ethic is expected: meeting scheduled work hours, low absenteeism, attention to detail and deadlines, attention to communication with peers and parents, willingness to do what's asked of you, etc.
• High School graduate with some higher education preferred
• Submit to criminal background check and provide positive references
• Agree to completed required DHS training prior to assuming duties
• Team-spirit attitude both giving and receiving assistance and guidance
• Christian faith

Nice To Haves

• Scheduling flexibility - openers begin at 7:15 and closers leave at 5:15. Staggered schedules are offered to maintain DHS ratios at all times.
• Child Care experience in group care settings, preferable DHS licensed facilities.
