Bookkeeper

Summary

Eastside Golf, a fast-growing streetwear brand, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented full-time bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, be proficient in accounting software, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Experience working with a startup is a plus.

Duties

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Record and reconcile daily transactions using accounting software
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and reports
• Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
• Assist with budget planning and forecasting
• Manage payroll processing and employee records
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data and reporting
• Manage inventory and procurement processes
• Provide general administrative support as needed

Requirements

• Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
• Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
• Experience working with a startup is preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Knowledge of tax laws and regulations
