Floater must understand children's cognitive, social, emotional and physical development in order to ensure a safe and stimulating classroom environment where children are actively engaged and encouraged to succeed. The Floater must be skilled in communicating with both children and adults in order to meet the needs of the children, effectively assisting teachers of these age groups.
Assist Teachers in these age groups with activities, schedules and helping maintain a safe and educational environment.
Requirements include the ability to take frequent walks, use hands and fingers, handle objects, tools or controls, talk to and hear voices at many levels. May also be required
to kneel, bend, squat or crawl.
No Weekends. Hours of operation 6:30am-5:30pm. Closed for all Federal Holidays and the week of Christmas closed. After 90 days probation, full time, 30 hours or more per week, you will earn 4 hours sick time monthly, Scheduled paid birthday off, and after 1 year of employment you receive 1 week of vacation.
