Lead infant teacher needed at licensed child care center. Applicant should qualify as a lead teacher through the Department of Education licensing standards. We are looking for a team player with a passion for nurturing students emotionally as well as developmentally.
The position is full time, 40 hours per week.
Showing care and compassion to the students in your care.
Writing and implementing a developmentally appropriate and engaging syllabus for the classroom.
Effectively communicating with students, parents and co-workers.
Awesome sense of humor. The ability to handle a fast paced environment.
TB test and FBI Background check prior to start date.
CDA/Associates/ equivalent degree in Early Childhood Education and/or the requisite experience to qualify you as a lead teacher.
CPR/FA within the first 30 days
MAT certification within the first 90 days
Completion of Virginia Preservice Training and Health and Safety Update within the first 30 days.
