Summary

Duties
- Assist the lead teacher as directed.
- Work with various age groups.
- Provide care, protection and supervision for assigned children with regards to the center rules and DCF Licensing rules for Group Care.
- Be a model of positive, professional, and cooperative relationships with the children, parents and other staff members.
Requirements
- Available to work various shifts Mon-Fri between 6:30 AM - 6 PM.
- Experience in child care is a plus but not required.
- Certifications in SIDS, Abusive Head Trauma, and Mandated Reporter/Child Abuse and Neglect are required before a teacher can begin.
- Be willing to complete child care related courses within the first 6 months.
- CPR training must be completed within 3 months of starting.
