Young Mind Center is an inclusive preschool program serving children with and without autism. YMCC brings together the best of two worlds: clinical expertise in autism and excellence in early childhood education to provide a comprehensive, transdisciplinary approach that delivers the best possible outcomes. Paraprofessionals (Registered Behavior Technicians, RBT) directly implement evidence-based intervention for children with autism, ages 18 months to 5 years, under the direction and supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

That means you work what you are scheduled, no matter how many clients are out sick or on vacation. If there aren't clients to work with you overlap with another therapist, work on projects, or do something related to professional development. We see you and value you outside of the therapy you provide. We want you to develop your potential, grow within our organization, and be a part of building something we believe can change the world (we recognize how audacious that it is). Time for professional development, meetings, and session preparation/reflection are scheduled into your work week (15% of your week). We also understand that being healthy and happy at your job requires being healthy and happy outside your job. We want you to have time for hobbies, relationships, and other endeavors outside of work. We don't work on the weekends, past 5p, and give our team 30 paid days off each year.
