Full or Part Time Assistant Teacher

Summary

The individual in this position will assist in classrooms with children ages 6 months through 5 years of age alongside an associate or lead qualified teacher. No experience necessary, willing to train the right individual.

We are seeking to fill an 8:30-5:30 position, though the individual could start as late as 3:00pm if seeking part time. Must be available M-F as well as school vacation weeks and the holidays that we are open; however, we are closed on most major holidays. We are open until 5:30pm, high school students are encouraged to apply for after school hours, vacations, etc.

Duties

Assist classroom teachers with daily routine, light cleaning, and lunch break coverage

Requirements

1. At least 16 years of age, no experience necessary, on the job training provided
2. Valid CPR & First Aid certification, OR must be willing to acquire certification within 90 days of employment
