Must be able to coordinate curriculum and complete day to day operations of the classroom to maintain 3 stars. Must understand children's developmental levels to ensure a safe classroom where children can be active and engage with their surroundings. Must have good communications skills to communicate effectively with children and adults.

Follow daily schedule for the classroom

Maintain a 3 star classroom at all times

Follow all DHS rules and regulations and company policies
To sit for times and interact with children
Able to interact with children outside on the play ground
High School Diploma
Experience in the Early childhood field
Reliable transportation to be able to get to work daily and on time
Able to pass a background check
Able to complete required training
Complete CPR and First Aid Training if don't already have it
