Premier Academy is currently looking for an experienced cook to oin our high quality organization. the ideal canidate will have great energy and be a team player. Canidate smust be able to prepare and serve nutritious meals to students 1yr - 5yrs of age.
Maintain Records
Completes week inventory.
Follow weekly menu.
Completes annual CACFP training.
Maintain an organized and sanitary kitchen.
Maintains up-to-date records of food allergies and prevents contamination.
Responsible for ordering the appropriate amount of food and milk weekly.
Must have at least 1 year of experience preparing meals for large groups
