The candidate must have experience with SEL (Social Emotional Learning)
The candidate will work with children that are considered "high functioning" but may have a diagnosis of Autism or suspected characteristics of Autism
The candidate must be able to get along with families and staff

Plan, Evaluate and Develop age appropriate content for age 4 children
Actively engaging with children and staff in a professional manner at all times
Listening and Understanding mood momentum of children; documenting activities daily
Working with Speech and Occupational therapist for educational planning in the classroom
Ownership of responsibility for main room, supply room and restroom for children
Working knowledge of all DECAL rules and regulations, with the ability to train staff if applicable
Working in a team environment, displaying a positive demeanor while onsite and in the presence of staff, children and families
Minimum 3 years experience working with age 4 - 6 children and those who may have disabilities such as Autism [all students are independent with feeding, toileting and hygiene]
Actively working candidate must have current verifiable work history
CDA, Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree required for this role
Current CPR required
Must have Driver's License in case of transport
Bi-lingual candidate is a plus
3rd or4th year ECE student is a plus
Working experience with MSOffice package [Excel and Word]
