Early Childhood -Float position

Summary

We are looking for candidates that are as passionate about the growth and development of children in our care as we are. This position is a "float position." working with children 6wks-5yrs of age,

Duties

Duties will include but are not limited to covering lunch breaks, covering classrooms when teachers are off and assisting where needed.

Requirements

• Childcare experience is a plus
• High energy.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills.
• An understanding of child development.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Must clear full background check and must pass health screening.

Nice To Haves

• Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification.
• TN ELDS training
• TECTA Certification
