Do you love babies!? We are looking for someone to join our infant/toddler team.
We are currently looking for teachers who have experience working in the child care setting
Experience with responsive caregiving is a plus. We are also willing to train anyone with a love for children and great work ethic!
Common Ground believes in fair wages! The position starts at $16 per hour and goes up to $25 based on education and experience.
Duties
Working as part of a team in a classroom, leading the class, creating lessons plans and teaching through play.
Adhering to licensing standards and best practices in quality early childhood education.
Requirements
- ability to pass the required background checks
- a love of working with young children
- a positive attitude
- reliable transportation
- the ability to carry a 50 pound child short distances
- CDA or Associates/Bachelors degree in related field completed or in progress
