Seven Oaks Academy is now hiring for an immediate part-time Site Coordinator (20 hrs/week contractor) AND accepting applications for our future full-time Montessori Assistant Director role, starting Summer 2025.

Current Open Roles:

1. Part-Time Site Coordinator (Contractor | 20 hours/week) – Immediate Start

• $18–$25/hour based on experience
• Daily operations support, walkthroughs, Brightwheel posts, and parent coordination
• Pathway to full-time Assistant Director after 90-day performance review

2. Montessori Assistant Director (Full-Time | Summer 2025 Start)

• $38,000–$48,000/year + benefits
• Strategic leadership, staff coaching, compliance, enrollment, and community engagement
• Must have 5+ years ECE experience and leadership readiness

Duties

• Manage operations, licensing, staff, and family relationships
• Lead the school's strategic direction toward AMS certification
• Oversee HR, compliance, and budgets in collaboration with Executive Director
• Train and mentor teachers to maintain Montessori fidelity
• Own parent communication, safety protocols, and quality standards

Requirements

5+ years in Early Childhood Education

3+ years in supervisory/administrative role

Montessori certification (AMS/AMI) preferred, or willingness to enroll

CPR/First Aid certification required

• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and digital communication skills
• Must clear full background check. 
• Must pass health screening.
