We are looking for a full-time Teacher. Individual will be responsible for lesson planning in accordance to our play with a purpose curriculum, assessment, and implementation. The ideal candidate should have strong classroom management skills and strong understanding of early childhood development learning styles and stages; and works effectively with children at risk and all abilities.
Duties include supervision of children along with observation, assessment, planning and implementation of lesson plans to reach children's goals. Communicating appropriately with families and administration about progress of students and daily activities. Light cleaning duties in classroom.
We are looking for a qualified child care teacher who is at least 18 years or older or have 2 40-hour courses in Early Childhood Development (or State approved equivalent). Those with higher Registry Tiers and experience increases starting pay. 25 hours continuing education required annually that may include training required by Department of Children and Families (i.e. CPR, Mandated Reporter). Monthly staff meeting requirement every 2nd Wednesday of the month. Strong communication skills will be required to build strong relationships with families and other staff members.
Infant/Toddler certification, CPR, Mandated Reporter and Pyramid Model Training a plus but can be completed upon hire. Pay increases with completion of coursework and flexibility within the company.

Monthly bonuses in upwards to $200 through April 2023. Practice-based coaching available when requested to support staff through challenges they face in their classroom or for professional development.
