We're seeking both Infant and Toddler staff looking for a position in early childhood education where you will be encouraged in your personal and professional growth.

We believe our role as early childhood educators is to support children, who are naturally curious, as they develop at their own pace while in our program. We provide a high quality early childhood experience for those in our program by offering an environment rich in learning opportunities. We use emergent curriculum as the framework for our play-based philosophy. In addition, we have high standards for positive interactions with families through face to face conversations and through Brightwheel, our digital platform used for parent communication such as daily notes, messaging, picture/video sharing, and billing.

Our typical operating hours are from 7:15-5:15 Mon.-Fri and we serve children ages 6 weeks - PreK.


  • Coordinate and implement educational curriculum by developing classroom activities based on developmentally appropriate practices and early learning standards
  • Lead by example; encourage teaching team success through modeling and coaching.
  • Plan individual and group age-appropriate activities to actively engage children and encourage social, cognitive and emotional growth.
  • Maintain frequent communications with parents through informal discussions, progress reports, and parent-teacher conferences.
  • Ensure all center policies and state regulations are met.
  • Ensure a healthy classroom environment - including maintaining appropriate hygiene and cleanliness standards and safety and security of children.
  • Maintain accurate records, forms and files.
  • Maintain personal professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement.


  • Personal faith that aligns with our mission "to engage and ever-changing community with the never-failing love of Christ."
  • Group care experience preferred, but willing to invest and train passionate individuals
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills.
  • High energy and the ability to work well with others (staff, children, and parents) and to foster a team environment.
  • A strong understanding of child development.
  • Must clear full background check and must pass health screening.
  • Minimum education-High School/GED. College in a relevant field preferred.
  • Requirements include the ability to take frequent walks, use hands and fingers, handle objects, tools or controls, talk to and hear voices at many levels. May also be required to kneel, bend, squat or crawl.
  • A specific vision ability will be required including the ability to see up close and up to a certain distance, to see colors, have peripheral vision and depth perception.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

  • Individuals with flexibility in scheduling is preferred.
  • Those who can open and/or close the center is a bonus.
  • Educators with experience working with toddlers and infants is preferrable.
  • Those who've lived in TN for the past 5 years.
  • Those willing to bless a child's life each day.
  • Individuals willing to continually learn about child development.
