Head Cook for daycare

Summary

Yale Road Learning Center, LLC. is looking for a knowledgeable cook to prepare meals and a PM snack for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years of age.

Duties

Prepare and cook two hot meals PM snack, wash dishes after all meals, keep kitchen equipment and prep area clean, manage food and non food supply inventory, must be knowledgeable of health department requirements when preparing food in a commercial setting, create well balanced menus that is aligned with CACFP requirements, be able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, keep pantry stocked and tidy, intake monthly food vendor order and put all things away, etc.

Requirements

Be able to work with administration, Must be a team player and very flexible with your job assignment, Must be able to float around the center and do employee breaks as needed.
