Responsive and nurturing interactions with toddlers. Respectful and positive attitude.
Play on the floor, initiating songs, games, positive encouragement. Planning and implementing learning activities that are developmentally appropriate and engaging.
Communicating and collaborating with teams members about daily tasks including diapering, feeding, cleaning, and preparing for activities. Organized and professional.
Applicants need to have completed an Associates Degree in a related field, or have completed Child Care Certificate or the Child Care Apprenticeship program.
Required trainings for Child Care in VT.
Background Check and fingerprints.
