Summary
Long-established preschool and after care, Crievewood Child Care Center, has openings starting in July with our school age program. Hours during the school year are Monday through Friday from 7:30-3:00 p.m. (with some flexibility). Ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, a team player, and have teaching or child care experience with young children. Great opportunity for elementary and early childhood education majors.
Duties
- Enjoy the children
- Plan Classroom Activities and/or execute pre-planned activities
- Engaging and building community with children through outdoor or gym activities
- Directly responsible for 12 children
- Possible early morning hours/ split shift if interested and available for more hours
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old
- Must have a High School Diploma (or GED)
- Must work well with others and enjoy children
- Will be required to complete mandatory DHS required training
- Must pass a drug screening and background check
