Williamson County Schools School Age Child Care program (SACC) is currently hiring a full-time Site Leader in Fairview. Assistant Site Leaders assist managing the day-to-day operation at assigned before and after school programs, provide child care support, assist with scheduling, planning, and participate in an ongoing leadership academy. Required hours are 6:15-9 a.m. and 3-6 p.m. with required administrative hours during the day and trainings. During full days should be available for shifts between 6:15 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Should have child care, management, and administrative experience.
Pay is between $14.55($30, 389) and $19.28 ($40.257) an hour and is based on experience. Full benefits package and paid time off. This is a 12 month position and includes working school breaks and summers. This is a Site leader in training position. Opportunities to fill interim positions when a Site Leader is out.
