Bayside Baptist Weekday Preschool is seeking an Assistant Teacher for the 2022-2023 school year in our two year old classes. Assistant teachers should have some experience with early childhood education using a play-based learning curriculum.
The position is responsible for assisting the Lead teacher with instructional activities and assisting the students by reinforcing material already presented through special efforts and repetitions. Assistant Teachers will monitor students in a variety of school settings, maintaining a safe and positive learning environment.
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must complete all necessary background checks
Timely and regular adherence to established work schedules
Ability to maintain confidential files and information
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with administrators, colleagues, students, parents and community
Become certified in CPR/First Aid
