Summary
We're seeking a qualified lead teachers for our school. Our center is privately owned, and has been in business for over twelve years. We serve a small rural community, and pride ourselves on offering exceptional care to our families. We participate in the Virginia Quality program, and always excel to learn new, and improved teaching strategies.
Duties
Responsibilities include:
- Classroom management
- Creating and Implementing lessons, and daily activities
- Continuing education, to include class observations, and working with mentors and coaches to improve program quality.
- Excellent supervision, and care of children.
- Positive communication, both written and oral with staff and families.
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Dependability a must.
Requirements
Applicant must have a minimum of one year's experience in a licensed facility, or school. Previous experience with milestones of development a plus.
Nice To Haves
Seeking individuals with CDA, or higher.
