The Noble Academy, Inc. is hiring for experienced Lead Teachers at our childcare center. We need Teachers for our Infant & Toddler, 2s, 3s, you must have at least 2+ years of experience in a childcare facility to be considered for the Lead Teacher position.
Daily tasks consist of being able to create a developmentally appropriate program for children, create weekly lesson plans, engage in classroom activity with children, maintain cleanliness of classroom daily, ensure the safety of all children in our program, and closely follow licensing regulations related to childcare.
The Lead Teacher must have 24 clock hours of training related to the care of children within 1 month after hire or promotion. For these positions you must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check, Child Protective Services Background Check, and a Skin Tuberculosis test. Furthermore, for these positions it is required that the teacher must complete 10 hours of online pre-service training upon being hired. This training must be completed before you are able to start work. Reliable transportation is necessary, and you must truly desire to work with children in a childcare setting.
*All teachers working with ages 0 to 5 (non-school age) years old receive up to $2000 annually from the PDG Grant.
Individuals with an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or working towards one is preferred. However, this is not a requirement we will accept someone with documented experience.
This position does not currently have benefits.
