Summary
Great Bridge Child Care is looking for part time School Age Teachers! Our school age teachers work with Kindergarten - 5th grade students. Create weekly lesson plans that correlate with our Monthly themes, assist with homework and come up with fun and entertaining games/crafts. Part time positions available, Monday - Friday either a 12:00pm - 6:00pm shift or a 1:00pm - 6:00pm shift.
Duties
- Assists with homework
- Create weekly lesson plans that correlate with our Monthly themes.
- Come up with fun and entertaining games and crafts
- Supervise children
- Have fun!
Requirements
- First/Aid CPR certification
- Undergo State of Virginia background checks
- Out of State Background checks (if applicable)
- TB Test
- 10 Hour Virginia Preservice Training
- 3 Hour Health & Safety Training
- Previous childcare experience
Nice To Haves
- At least 6 months of previous childcare experience
- First Aid/CPR Training
- Food Handlers/Manager Certificate
- MAT Training
