The Lead Toddler Teacher (2's) is responsible for the care and education of a small group of children. The Lead Teacher designs and implements lesson plans, and manages the students as they learn, eat, sleep, and play.
Lead Teachers are responsible for keeping their classroom organized and clean and are expected to communicate with parents in person and in writing. Lead teachers work full time, with paid days off both, personal and vacation. Lead Teachers are responsible for ensuring compliance with Goddard's industry-leading Quality Assurance standards. Most importantly, they create a positive learning environment in their classroom where children develop a lifelong love of learning!
