Homeowners Management Company, LLC (HMC) in Concord, CA is celebrating 30 years in the industry and we're ready to add another Community Association Manager to our growing team. In this position you will manage a diverse portfolio of homeowner associations in the SF East Bay area. We are fully staffed for existing clients and this is not a fire-drill during which you will be asked to sink or swim. We want to proactively add another rock star to our team and put together a portfolio of communities for them that matches their skills and experience. The ideal candidate is an honest, dependable, self-starter with strong ethics and pride in the quality of their work. We're looking for excellent interpersonal/communication skills and CACM/CAI certifications are preferred. Salary depends on experience, qualifications, size and complexity of portfolio assigned and whether you're interested in working Part Time or Full Time. Attending some evening HOA board meetings will be required. More detail below.
