The Director of Technology Solutions position calls for an individual who has knowledge of the cable tv and broadband industry including the technical aspects thereof, is customer service oriented and can be responsible for overseeing the internal sales and ordering department personnel to drive sales that specializes in broadband, cable television and telephony products used by broadband, telephone and cable television companies. The primary role of this position is to ensure the success of NCTC’s internal sales department by training and managing the professional development of the internal sales that drives sales of products. 


This position also assists in monitoring productivity in the internal sales and ordering department and contributes to the implementations of organizational strategies, policies and practices.

To perform the job successfully, the following skills and experience are essential to the position. The role requires significant management skills and ability.  The Director of Technology Solutions will be accountable for the overall success of the NCTC for the areas under his/her purview.  Attention is given to transactional processes and efficiencies; He/she will ensure that NCTC's resources are focused enterprise-wide on optimally satisfying the needs of the staff and membership.
