Full-time position with benefits

Hours are 6:30-10:30 a.m. and 2:00-6:00 p.m. on school days, hours may vary slightly

8-hour shifts during full-day programming between 6:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Pay is $33,095 up to $45,498 a year based on experience

Duties

Assistant Site Leaders support the site leader in managing the day-to-day operations of a before and after-school program for students in kindergarten through fifth grade at their assigned school. Required hours are 6:15-9:00 a.m. and 3:00-6:00 p.m. with required administrative hours during the day for a total of 40 hours per week. During full days of care, Assistant Site Leaders should be available for up to 8-hour shifts between 6:15 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Responsibilities include

• Creating child schedules and activities for an after-school program, full days of care, and summer day camp
• Regular communication with parents
• Assisting with the supervision of staff
• Maintaining state compliance regulations
• Building relationships with school administrators and school staff at assigned school

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Child Care experience
• Successfully pass a criminal background check
• Current first aid/ CPR certification (required upon hire)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
