Our morning shift is from 7:15 to 3:45 with a ratio of 1 to 10 students. The salary comes out to 10.50 per hour. Duties include watching children, lifting up to 40 pounds and responding quickly to children's needs. Also lesson plans, maintaining a classroom environment for the children and a safe, nurturing, fun environment for the children throughout the day. The position requires one must be able to pass background check, have proof of education, current physical and 3 written references. Punctuality, a positive attitude, flexibility, teamwork, and willingness to follow direction from director is essential.
