Bold Springs Academy, an early childhood education center for children ages 6 weeks to 6 years, is currently seeking a qualified Lead Teacher to nurture healthy development in children and encourage lifelong learning.
Teachers responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Establish and maintain a safe, healthy and nurturing learning environment.
Following schedules that meet the childrens need for routine and learning.
Feeding and diapering in the younger classrooms.
Maintaining positive relationships with children, parents and staff members.
Assessing supplies and materials needed prior to implementing activities.
Following lesson plans prepared by lead teacher.
Managing your classroom according to Bold Springs Academy standards.
Observing the children.
Using assessment tools.
All candidates, who wish to be considered for the position of Assistant Teacher must meet one or more of the following criteria, in addition to any/all requirements that may be mandated by their state and/or local licensing authorities:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience in a childcare setting.
