The person selected to this position must be experienced with young children and have an understanding of their developmental needs. This person must be a sensitive and mature individual who is able to relate well to children and adults. Preference will be given to the candidate with formal training in early childhood development and experience in a child care setting. DHS required continuing education hours are compulsory for this job.
The person selected for this position will be responsible for young children and to strengthen the program in general and to enhance the children's experiences in particular.
