Williamson County Schools School Age Child Care program (SACC) is currently hiring a full-time Assistant Site Leader at College Grove and Bethesda Elementary Schools. Assistant Site Leaders support managing the day-to-day operations at assigned before and after school programs, provide child care support, and assist with scheduling, activity planning, and a leadership development program. Required hours are 6:15-9:00 a.m. and 3:00-6:00 p.m. with additional required administrative hours during the day. During school breaks, candidates should be available for up to 8-hour shifts between 6:15 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. The well-qualified candidate should have child care, management, and administrative experience.
Pay is between $15.73 ($32,718) and $20.84 ($43,347) an hour and is based on experience. Full benefits package and paid time off. This is a 12-month position and includes working school breaks and summers.
