Toddler and a Pre-K Afternoon Teacher

Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Pre-K Lead Teacher to work with my 4-5 y/o utilizing The Creative Curriculum! This individual should be a Team Player who enjoys having as much fun teaching their children as the children do learning. Previous experience preferred; Degree or CDA preferred but willing to mentor and train the right person towards furthering their professional development.

Duties

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Effective Lesson Planning and execution of The Creative Curriculum
• Gold Assessments
• Briggance, PALS and VKRP Screenings as well as ASQ;
• Participation and working together with VA Quality;
• Effective Classroom Management
• Team Meetings and On-going Training

Requirements

• Degree in ECE or related field preferred; Preschool CDA or Associates in ECE
• At least two years previous experience
