Acorn Academy LLC is a place where teachers can make an impact in the early education of children and where children are given an opportunity to learn and thrive in a supportive environment, centered within a family style atmosphere.
We are seeking individuals interested in joining our team to provide a high level of developmental care for our youngest students. Experience in the early childhood field is required.
Lead a classroom of infants by taking care of their daily needs, documenting their developmental progress and communicating with their parents.
Maintain an organized and clean classroom.
Attend school wide functions
Attend all staff meetings
Minimum 2 years experience within group care for infants/toddlers.
Some education in child development for the younger classes if preferred.
CPR/First Aid Certification
All full time staff receive medical benefits that include dental and vision after the probationary period of 90 days.
Work week is Monday-Friday within the centers operational hours of 7:30am-5:30pm.
Continual educational training within early childhood
The coffee pot is always on!
