Preschool Teachers

Summary

We are seeking a nurturing, dependable, and energetic Preschool Teacher to join our team! The ideal candidate has a passion for working with young children, creating a safe and engaging classroom environment, and supporting early childhood development through structured learning and play.

Duties

• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans
• Provide a safe, loving, and structured classroom environment
• Supervise children at all times to ensure safety
• Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff
• Follow all state licensing regulations and center policies
• Assist with daily routines including meals, naps, and transitions

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required (CDA or higher preferred)
• Ability to pass a background check
• CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and be active throughout the day
• Must meet all Georgia Bright from the Start licensing requirements

Nice To Haves

• Previous childcare or preschool experience preferred (but not required)
• Knowledge of early childhood development
