We are seeking a caring and dependable Infant Teacher to provide a safe, nurturing environment and support the growth and development of infants in our high-quality childcare center.
-Provide a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for infants
-Follow daily schedules for feeding, diapering, and naps
-Support early developmental milestones through age-appropriate activities
-Maintain proper supervision at all times
-Build strong, positive relationships with infants and families
-Track and communicate daily activities (feeding, diapers, sleep) to parents
-Ensure classroom cleanliness and sanitation standards are met
-Follow all state licensing and health regulations
-Respond promptly to infants’ needs with patience and care
-Work collaboratively with staff to maintain a positive classroom environment
-Must be at least 18 years old
-High school diploma or GED required (CDA or higher preferred)
-Previous experience working with infants (childcare or daycare setting preferred)
-Knowledge of infant care, safety, and early childhood development
-Must pass background check and required state clearances
-Current CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
-Ability to lift, carry, and care for infants (up to 25–30 lbs)
-Strong communication and teamwork skills
-Reliable, patient, and nurturing demeanor
