We are seeking a reliable and experienced Childcare Float Staff to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and the flexibility to support various classrooms within our center. You will be responsible for caring for children aged 4 months up to 5 years, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
Hours 7am-3pm or 4 ten hour days with a rotating day off 7am-5pm (4 days)
· Provide high-quality care and supervision for children in various age groups (4 months to 5 years)
· Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
· Implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans.
· Support lead teachers in daily routines and educational activities.
· Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff members.
· Adhere to all childcare regulations and center policies.
· Assist with mealtime, diapering, and toileting as needed.
· Previous experience in the childcare field is required.
· Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
· Reliable and punctual.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
· Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate practices.
· Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and needs.
· CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
