We are hiring an Center Director focused on growth, enrollment, and revenue leadership.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who understands that strong financial performance and high-quality care go hand in hand. We are looking for a director who can confidently lead both the business side and the people side of early childhood education.
As Preschool Director, you will be responsible for the overall success of the center, with a strong emphasis on enrollment growth, retention, and revenue performance. You will lead daily operations while building systems that ensure long-term sustainability and excellence.
Enrollment & Revenue Growth
• Drive consistent enrollment through tours, follow-ups, and conversion strategies
• Maintain strong waitlists and optimize classroom capacity
• Confidently present tuition and communicate value to families
• Oversee billing, tuition collection, and revenue tracking
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue while maintaining quality
Sales & Family Experience
• Lead tours that convert prospective families into enrollments
• Implement systems for lead tracking, follow-up, and conversion
• Build strong relationships with families from first inquiry through enrollment and beyond
• Maintain high retention through excellent communication and service
Operations & Compliance
• Ensure full compliance with all state licensing regulations
• Maintain proper staffing ratios and operational efficiency
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and classroom support
• Create and maintain organized systems for daily operations
Team Leadership
• Hire, train, and coach a high-performing team
• Set clear expectations and hold staff accountable
• Foster a positive, professional, and growth-oriented culture
• Step into classrooms when needed and lead by example
Community Growth & Marketing
• Build local partnerships to drive awareness and enrollment
• Support marketing efforts (events, social media, outreach)
• Represent the center within the community
• Identify and implement new ideas to improve operations, enrollment, and family experience
• Leverage technology and systems to streamline processes and increase efficiency
• Stay informed on industry trends and bring forward innovative solutions
• Continuously evaluate programs and processes to drive better outcomes

• Previous leadership experience in child care, education, or a service-based business
