Summary

Description:

Assist customers in making the correct flooring selection for their home based on quality and type of flooring and color.

Figure and estimate the project to insure everything goes smooth during installation.

Follow up with customer before during and after the project is completed.

Duties

Expectations for the Sales Consultant

• Maintain a clean and neat showroom
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Handle the project from start to finish
• Learn how to figure and estimate projects.
• Keep up-to-date on the wide selection of floors we offer along with the benefits and warranties provided by each

Requirements

Qualifications for the Sales Consultant

• Sales Experience and Customer service Background a plus, but will train the right person
• Desire to want to service customers and help them with all there flooring needs
• Must be self motivated
• Personally well-organized and very detailed
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation for In-Home visits
