Infant/Toddler Floater - Closer

Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and caring float to join our team in the mid-morning/early evening. As a float, you will primarily provide support and assistance across our infant and toddler programs, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for the children in our care.

Pay: From $14.50-15 per hour

Expected hours: 40+ \ hours per week

$500 sign-on bonus*

*Contract to be agreed on and signed upon hire.

Duties

- Educate and engage infants and toddlers in age-appropriate activities

- Provide attentive care to meet the individual needs of each child

- Assist with behavior management techniques to promote positive interactions

- Ensure a clean and organized classroom environment

- Communicate effectively with parents regarding the child's progress and daily activities

- Assist with the cleanliness of the building

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Background Check
• Experience in infant care and toddler care
• Experience working with children in childcare, nannying, babysitting, or caregiving
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children
• Candidates should have been available Monday through Friday from 9:30am - 6:00pm.
