Inside sales position, including serving walk in customer who are generally professional contractors, industrial and resale clients. Very diverse customer base and product offering of Industrial Grade Tools, Supplies, Safety products and related Accessories and parts. Assist with receiving shipments and stocking.
Serve walk in customers, answer sales calls, receive inbound shipments and pull and pack shipments for customer pick up, delivery or ship out. Process orders in company's computer system, pull orders as needed. Log in repair jobs. Need to help customers periodically load or unload their vehicles. Other duties as assigned.
Must have high school or above education, able to use a computer efficiently. Able to be on feet several hours a day. Good people skills and positive attitude. Must be able to do basic math. Occasionally lift up to 75 lbs., 4 feet high.
Neat and clean appearance. Must be able grasp, retain and use product knowledge that company will be teaching on an ongoing basis. We are a technical sales company who advises customer on best product choices to meet their needs. Sales person must be able to advise customers professionally, courteously and properly.
Very comfortable using computers to do work.
Full time job, 40 hours a week, health insurance once qualified, vacation and sick leave, 401K. Paid holiday's once qualified.
