Infant Teacher

Summary

We are seeking a caring, patient, and dependable Infant Room Teacher to join our team. This classroom has a small group of only four infants, allowing teachers to provide individualized attention and build strong relationships with each child. The ideal candidate has a passion for working with babies and creating a safe, nurturing space for early development.

Duties

• Provide attentive and loving care to infants throughout the day
• Follow feeding, sleeping, and diapering schedules
• Support early developmental milestones through play, music, reading, and sensory activities
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
• Communicate daily with parents about their child’s needs and development
• Follow all childcare licensing and safety guidelines
• Document daily activities and routines as required

Requirements

• Experience working with infants preferred
• Knowledge of infant care and development
• Patient, nurturing, and attentive personality
• Reliable and responsible
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Background screening required
• Completed High School
