We are currently looking for a passionate Preschool Teacher who enjoys working with young children and wants to be part of a supportive team making a difference in families’ lives.

Duties

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and structured classroom environment
• Plan and lead engaging age-appropriate activities and lessons
• Encourage social, emotional, and developmental growth
• Maintain classroom organization and daily routines
• Communicate with parents about student progress and behavior
• Support a positive, faith-centered learning environment
• Work cooperatively with staff and leadership

Requirements

Qualifications

• Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred
• Strong classroom management skills
• Positive attitude and patience with young learners
• Reliable and professional
• Passion for early childhood education

Preferred

• Childcare or preschool teaching experience
• Early Childhood Education coursework or CDA
• Knowledge of Tennessee childcare licensing standards
