Duties

• Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of infants and toddlers at all times
• Assist with daily classroom routines including diapering, feeding, and activities
• Support toddlers during the potty-training process
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment through cleaning and sanitizing
• Prepare daily reports and updates for parents
• Communicate effectively with parents and fellow team members
• Follow center policies and state licensing requirements

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
• CDA credential or at least 1 year of childcare experience
• CPR and First Aid Certification
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for working with infants and toddlers
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Proof of training and certifications required
