Observes all rule and regulations at Chroma ELA, state and local agencies pertaining to the health, safety and care of children.
Implements the approved lesson plans and daily schedules in accordance with Chroma ELA curriculum and programming.
Maintain an attractive, well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore and make decisions with confidence.
Accepts responsibility for necessary housekeeping duties of the classroom daily.
Attends all required staff meetings and required trainings.
High School Diploma or GED
Must be at least 18 years of age
Previous experience working in childcare facility (Preferred)
Willing to work towards CDA
Associates Degree in Early Childhood Care Education (Preferred)
Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)
