Tiny Little Blessings is a faith-centered childcare program located in Mount Juliet, Tennessee. Our mission is to provide a loving, structured, and Christ-centered environment where children can grow academically, socially, and spiritually.

As our center continues to grow, we are looking for passionate educators who love working with children and want to help build something special.
We are seeking a Pre-K Teacher who is passionate about preparing young learners for kindergarten. The ideal candidate is energetic, patient, organized, and able to create a structured classroom where children can learn through play, creativity, and hands-on experiences.
This teacher will lead daily lessons, manage classroom routines, and foster a positive environment that supports both learning and emotional development.
• Plan and lead engaging Pre-K lessons and activities
• Prepare children academically and socially for kindergarten
• Create a structured, positive classroom environment
• Encourage creativity, curiosity, and confidence in students
• Maintain daily communication with parents
• Ensure classroom safety and cleanliness
• Support children in developing social and emotional skills
• Incorporate faith-based values into daily learning when appropriate
• Experience working with preschool or Pre-K age children
• Strong classroom management skills
• Passion for early childhood education
• Patient, nurturing, and dependable
• Ability to work well with a team
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Childcare or Early Childhood Education background
• Previous daycare or preschool teaching experience
