Part-Time Hybrid BCBA

Summary

Bailey's Childcare and Learning Center is seeking a Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support our center-based program for children and adolescents with developmental disabilities.

Duties

Responsibilities:

•            Conduct initial assessments and reassessments

•            Develop and update individualized treatment plans

•            Provide clinical supervision for RBTs

•            Complete RBT competencies and ongoing skill development

•            Conduct parent trainings to support skill generalization at home

•            Monitor and analyze client progress and data

•            Collaborate with staff to maintain a structured and supportive day program

•            Ensure services follow ethical and professional ABA standards

Requirements

Qualifications:

•            Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

•            Current Virginia LBA

•            Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

•            Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and data analysis

•            Excellent communication skills for parent collaboration and staff mentorship

•            Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Pay: $75.00 – $85.00 per hour

Expected Hours: 10–20 per week (flexible scheduling)
